Domec and OMNIO at the Retail Technology Show in London

Domec is pleased to have taken part together with OMNIO at Retail Technology Show, event of utmost importance for technologies related to the world of Retail. Domec and OMNIO were present at the Exhibition on 26 and 27 April 2022 with a stand in the center of the Olympia London.

The Retail Technology Show was the right opportunity for the Group to communicate to Brands operating in the retail sector what are the advantages for their Customer Base in the adoption of a payment instrument on which can be incorporated Loyalty programs customizable according to specific business strategies.

The Show, which is held annually, is one of the most important in Europe with regard to technologies related to the world of Retail. Aimed at both in-store and online retailers, the event has the goal to help small and large shop chains to grow in one of the most dynamic business sectors.

Solutions were proposed by the most important European providers in terms of value-added services for companies, but there were also stands of some of the leading Brands in Payment Technologies area, like Pax, or in software and hardware development, like Amazon, HP or Toshiba.

Domec had the unique opportunity to show, together with OMNIO, its Loyalty Payments and Banking-as-a-Service solutions to all the most important European retailers. The two days of the event were fruitful and useful to better understand the needs that the retail sector is facing at a time when the focus is on the digitization of payments and purchasing processes.

From the meetings, it emerged that it is crucial, in today’s market, to incorporate Loyalty functions within the payment mechanics. Through our value-added solutions, not only do you create win-win situations for both the buyer and the merchant, but the retailer has the unique opportunity to stand out from the competition, going to better customize its payment offer.

Among the exhibition material, were distributed to retail representatives our Two Pages on the main Case Studies, developed by the Internal Marketing Team, which has supported the CEO Antonio Sorrentino throughout his stay in London. The event demonstrated, once again, how important it is to take care of face-to-face relationships with our customers, so as to better understand their needs and business objectives, and plan the next-steps to follow together.
