Domec partnered with Cattolica University for the program “One day with a CEO”
Domec, in collaboration with University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan , had the pleasure to participate in a program to reward scholars which took place on 11 March 2022. The initiative involved 4 particularly deserving students, chosen among many for their talent and invited to spend a day of personal and professional growth in the Company’s offices in Rome.
The main objective of the project was to show scholars the functions performed by the CEO of a fast-growing company such as Domec. Precisely for this reason, CEO Antonio Sorrentino, together with tutors from CeTIF, decided to follow the students throughout the entire training day.
A day with a CEO
The agenda included an introduction on the personal story of Antonio Sorrentino and the strategic choices that led him to believe in the project Domec, and then moved on to insights on operational responsibilities and the main tasks of the job. In particular, scholars had the opportunity to attend some business meetings and video calls scheduled with Business customers.
The focus has shifted to theoretical lessons on operational and organizational topics, in which the model of financial management of the Company was illustrated, but also stories about real field experience. There was opportunity to exhibit the Culture and the Vision of the Company, while having pleasant lunch in the office all together. At the end of the visit, before the final greetings, copies of the book Talento Ribelle by Francesca Gino were distributed to the students as a gift.
